Adjusting the brake box is as simple as turning the 10mm nut between the brass bars inside the brake box. The difficult bit is working out which one to turn. To stop it sliding down on it's own then you need to turn the nut on the inboard side of the brake box (assuming that the detent / reverse control hangs to port). You want to turn the nut so it moves towards the middle of the brake box (away from the brass bar). Turn so that the bucket no longer falls down, but be careful not to go to far as it will make the reverse 'heavy' at the control handle end. Hope that helps.
