I had been looking for a Win7 with all updates minus Telemetry/GWX, however I’ve been trying to install using UEFI Bios boot with Rufus and I cannot get it to load. When I try to select UEFI: RufusUSBstick in BIOS boot menu it just sends me back to BIOS setup screen. I’ve tried every setting for CSM, Secure Boote, etc but no luck. I burned to DVD as well but then it won’t install for UEFI to GPT disk, furthermore if I let the DVD format and install as MBR it will freeze after install at the Windows setup screen (keyboard & mouse freeze) where there is the selection for either English or Russian.

Last time I installed Win 7 from MSDN original images with Rufus it worked fine for UEFI and GPT disk.
