I have a Francotte.12 ga sid by side serial number 6198 (on the lower barrel rib and lower receiver) but with no date. The style appears to be from some time between 1940-1950 but I am just guessing. Ther is a mark above the beavertail that is the AF crown symbol and the number 316 surrounded on the sides by the words FRANCOTTE and BREVETE. The right barrel is hand stamped with 2525, the E over LG, and a different AF crown symbol.
